Scribefire has been on my radar for years as a tool for authoring blog posts. I tried it once, but never really got the hang of things. Recently they put out a rewrite that works with Safari and Google Chrome (a browser I am using for the first time this month). What the browser extension does is give you a consistent interface for blogging across all your blogs. Now that I am doing some guest blogging for clients, as well as running three of my own, giving it another shot seemed like a no-brainer.
Over the last four months I have dedicated my time to building a unique consulting practice and forming an international team who can execute small to mid-sized website projects, but also to learning the ins and outs of a online niche called “Internet Marketing”. The niche is noted for selling products that show you how to sell products. Anemic in the same sense that blogging only about blogging can be.
Today is the official launch of RedReynolds.com, my new home for all my business activities. Expect frequent updates here (no, seriously) as I process this experience of going out on my own to form my own IT/IS/Web consultancy, focusing on Internet Marketing, and building web applications for business. I will also be posting a lot about what I am reading, the technology I find interesting, and the opportunities for people to leverage the web for their success.
