How to Identify Frustrated Customers

Google has virtually unlimited resources for discovering frustrated users. Amazingly though, in a new study they articulated a simple way to determine if a Google searcher is becoming frustrated.

“use of question queries, use of advanced operators, spending more time on the search results page, formulating the longest query in the middle of the session, and spending a larger proportion of the time on the search results page.”

I found this in a study referenced on ReadWriteWeb. Google says that it hopes that the findings could help them to build “a model that will one day make it possible for computers to detect frustration in real time”.

In Jack Canfield’s book: The Success Principles he proposes

Creating momentum is an important part of the success process. In fact, successful people know that if you are willing to pay the price in the beginning, you can reap the benefits for the rest of your life.

He adds:

Likewise, in any business or profession, once you have paid the price to establish yourself as an expert, a person of integrity who delivers high-quality results on time, you get to reap the benefits of that for the rest of your life.

Testimonials

Red is an excellent project manager and utilizes his available resources with excellence. While I could not always see the ‘big picture’ like he could, his results validated his vision every time. I have always found him willing to listen and learn as well as teach, sometimes in the same conversation. Red has excellent skills and the results speak for themselves. He was instrumental in our website which far exceeded all expectations and still brings about compliments constantly.
